An initial in-depth consultation and evaluation costs $140. Subsequent lessons cost $70 for a 45 minute session. Students usually begin to feel better after only a few lessons.

Insurance

Insurance companies do not generally reimburse Alexander Technique lessons. Some individuals, however, have been successful in obtaining reimbursement. In those cases an MD’s prescription was required.
